Shirayuki Sake is a Japanese sake at 14.5% vol, in a 75cl bottle. It is made from fermented rice and is often called rice wine, though it is not a wine.
It is flexible to serve, and can be drunk cold or quite warm, anywhere between 7 and 50°C.
The flavours are pear and grape.
