Shiraz - Casale Del Giglio

A red wine made from Shiraz in purity, produced by Casale Del Giglio in the volcanic lands of Lazio. The Mediterranean climate meets marine influences there, giving vigour and complexity to the grapes. After controlled fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels, developing fragrant aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, balsamic notes, light tobacco and dark chocolate. On the palate it is full, with soft, well-integrated tannins and vibrant freshness. It pairs well with grilled red meats, savoury roasts and aged cheeses.
