Shortcross Single Cask Irish Whiskey (70cl, 61.5%)

This Shortcross single cask whiskey matured for at least five years in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask. It is a single malt made only from Irish malted barley and distilled twice at Rademon Estate Distillery in County Down. It is bottled at 61.5%, is non-chill-filtered and takes its colour only from the cask. The nose combines vanilla and malt with toasted wood and physalis. On the palate, sweet vanilla and malt meet bitter almond and grilled pineapple. The finish is long and leaves spicy notes.
