Shunka Shuto Summer is a Japanese blended whisky with no age statement, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the Summer expression of the Shunka Shuto Four Seasons series and the lightest of the four.
The whisky is aged in used bourbon barrels, which bring a soft vanilla richness alongside floral aromas and fresh fruit.
The nose is delicate and floral, with sweet vanilla. The palate has fresh summer fruit and a clean, mild sweetness. The finish is light and refreshing, with a touch of oak.
