Shunka Shuto "Summer" Japanese Blended Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Shunka Shuto Summer is a Japanese blended whisky bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle. It is the summer expression of the Four Seasons collection from Shiki Distillery, whose name means "four seasons" in Japanese. The whisky was matured in used bourbon barrels and is meant to recall warm summer days, with a flavour profile of summer florals, fruit and vanilla. The fragrance is vanilla. On the palate, a fresh sweetness matches the richness of the aged barrel.
