Sibona Grappa di Moscato (50cl, 40%)

A single-variety grappa from Piedmont, made by Sibona from Moscato pomace. The pomace is destillled fresh in copper stills straight after the harvest, so that the aromas are kept at their fullest. It then rests for a long period in stainless steel tanks before ageing in oak casks. The bottle has graduated marks on the side and a pouring spout. Pale straw in the glass, it has an intense nose typical of freshly picked Moscato grapes. The palate is soft and delicate, rich in fruit, and the finish is sweet and lingering. It is served at 18°C.
