A Piedmontese grappa made from selected Moscato pomace, distinguished by ageing in wooden barrels that enriches its aromatic profile and softness.
Long ageing develops an intense, refined bouquet with floral and fruity Moscato notes, alongside honey, candied fruit and light vanilla and sweet spice nuances. It has a bright amber colour, a harmonious, enveloping structure and a soft, elegant, persistent palate with a warm finish.
It is suited to meditation or after a meal, and pairs with desserts, dry pastry, almond and dark chocolate sweets, and aged or blue cheeses.
