A Piedmontese grappa made from selected Barbera pomace by Sibona, distilled in 2011. It is aged in wooden casks, which adds complexity and softness. The bouquet is rich and enveloping, with dried fruit, sweet spices and light vanilla notes, balanced by a warm, persistent finish. Amber in colour with an elegant structure, it suits meditation or closing a meal with roasted meats or aged cheeses.
