Siempre Plata Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Siempre Plata is an unaged blanco tequila from Mexico, made from 100% Blue Weber agave and crafted in small batches. It is crystal clear and bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, crushed by roller, fermented in the open air and double distilled. The water comes from a volcanic spring, and the agave is grown in both highland and lowland areas in equal measure. The aroma brings spice, herb, pepper, sea salt and citrus, with candied and floral notes. On the palate there are hints of caramel and sweet fruit. It is smooth and naturally sweet, and made for sipping.
