Siempre Reposado Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Siempre Reposado is a tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave and rested for six months in new American oak barrels. The agave is cooked in stone or brick ovens and crushed by roller. Fermentation takes place in the open air, followed by double distillation, with water from a volcanic spring. The agave comes from a 50/50 mix of highland and lowland. Oak, honey and vanilla sit alongside fruity undertones and a base of cooked agave, and the palate is smooth and harmonious.
