Sierra Milenario Blanco

Sierra Milenario Blanco is an unaged blanco tequila made entirely from blue agave, harvested ripe in the highlands of Jalisco. It is meant to show the plant in its most direct, vegetal form. The tequila is distilled in copper stills and made in a traditional way, without motorised machinery. The character is clean and balanced, with citrus, white pepper and a fresh herbal edge, and the finish is lively. It suits sipping neat as well as classic cocktails such as the Margarita or the Paloma.
