Sieur d'Arques Crémant de Limoux Réserve AOC

A bright straw-coloured sparkling wine with a fine, long-lasting perlage. The nose opens on white-fleshed fruit and citrus hints, delicate floral nuances and a light biscuity note. On the palate it is balanced and flowing, with acidity supporting the structure and a pleasant sapidity giving lift. It accompanies seafood starters, shellfish, sushi and fresh cheeses, and also suits an aperitif or richer dishes. Serve well chilled.
