Signatory Speyside 18 Year Old (M) is Exceptional Edition #17 in the Signatory Vintage 100 Proof series, bottled at 100 Proof (57.1%). It is a single malt from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, distilled in 2008 and matured for eighteen years in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts before bottling in 2026. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. The nose has raisin and dark berry, with orange peel, toasted almond, dark chocolate and baking spice. The palate is rich and full, with sherry sweetness, nutty chocolatey depth, warming oak spice and a malty backbone. The finish is long and weighty, with dried fruit and spice.
