This is a 21-year-old single malt from the 2005 vintage, bottled by Signatory as Speyside (M). The "M" is widely believed to stand for Macallan, although the distillery's name does not appear on the label.
It comes from Symington's Choice, a range Signatory introduced in 2023 that features casks personally selected by its founder, Andrew Symington. This one was matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt.
