Silkie Red is an Irish whiskey at 46% in a 70cl bottle, released as the second batch of a limited edition.
It is inspired by the final journey of the Donegal nobleman Red Hugh O'Donnell.
The whiskey is finished in both Rioja and Ribera del Duero wine casks, giving an aromatic sweetness with dry wine notes.
