Silkie – The Midnight Moscatel Cask Finish Irish Whiskey

Silkie The Midnight is a rich, smoky Irish whiskey with triple-distilled peated malt at its heart. It completes the core range of Silkie Irish whiskeys. Five triple-distilled single malts, matured in sherry, bourbon, Oloroso, red wine, virgin oak and imperial stout casks, were blended together. A Moscatel cask finish, used across the Midnight series, adds a fruity sweetness. It is non-chill-filtered.
