A single cask Dailuaine from Speyside, bottled by Silver Seal at 14 years old and at a natural cask strength of 57.2%. The whisky was distilled in 2008, matured in a sherry cask and bottled in 2023, giving an outturn of 233 bottles in 70cl.
The nose brings raisin, dried plum and crème brûlée, with salty accents, creamy notes, pencil shavings and a little leather. The palate is salty and nutty with a creamy texture and a sweetness of dried fruit. The finish is medium in length and warm.
