This is a single cask Speyside malt from Benrinnes, bottled by Single Cask Nation at 11 years old and a cask strength of 54.7%. It comes from one refill bourbon hogshead, distilled in September 2011 and bottled in 2022, which gave 211 bottles. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is bright, with ripe pears and apricots, fresh-cut grass and vanilla. The palate is sweet and rich, with fruit gums, malted barley and milk chocolate. The finish stays bright and grassy, with ground ginger and oak.
