This is a 13 year old Glen Moray single malt from Speyside, bottled by Single Cask Nation in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is full of red fruit and sweetness, with cherry cordial, raspberry compote over warm pancakes, Milano cookies and malted barley. The palate turns darker and spicier, with cracked peppercorns, cocoa powder, espresso, blackcurrant jam and toasted walnuts, alongside red Wine Gums and a touch of balsamic glaze.
The finish is long, warming and gently drying, with cinnamon, roasted coffee beans and a bright oak note at the very end.
