This is a 22 year old single malt from Miltonduff in Speyside, bottled by Single Cask Nation from the 2002 vintage and sold in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines old books, leather armchairs and mahogany with brighter, sweeter notes of brandied cherries, marzipan, Licorice All-Sorts and fruit cake. The palate has an oily mouthfeel, with dark cherries, dried mango, sweet pipe tobacco, blanched almonds and soft clove. The finish is long, with a bright edge and notes of runny honey, granola and fruit cake.
