Singleton 14 Year Old The Silken Gown is part of the 2023 Special Releases, bottled that year at a cask strength of 55% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This Speyside single malt is finished in former Chardonnay de Bourgogne French oak casks, and it is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
It is amber in colour, with figs and citrus. The wood adds buttery oak, juicy golden apple and pear, and a sweet touch of ripe yellow fruit and soft cream toffee, in a rich, full texture.
