Singleton of Dufftown 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from Scotland, bottled at 40% abv in a tall 70cl bottle. It is matured in European sherry casks.
The whisky has a silky body and the soft style of Speyside, with fruit notes and lasting warmth.
In tasting notes it is gold. The nose has polished wood, roasted nuts, baked apple, brown sugar and mossy hints. The palate is crisp with nuts, sweet and soft fruit, espresso and brown sugar. The finish is medium to long, dry and elegant, with a sweet nutty depth.
