Singleton of Glendullan 15 Year is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from Glendullan Distillery in Dufftown, bottled at 40% in a 750ml bottle.
It matures mainly in American oak ex-bourbon casks, with a smaller portion in European oak. The distillery uses large onion-shaped copper pot stills and draws its water from Goats Well Spring in the Conval Hills.
The nose brings plum, ripe apple, banana, orange zest and salted toffee. The palate is full-bodied and honeyed, with dried fig, orange peel and white grape over plenty of malt. The finish is medium to long, with caramel, toasty oak and peppery spice.
