Singleton of Glendullan Game of Thrones House Tully

This Singleton of Glendullan single malt is the House Tully bottling in the Game of Thrones series. Glendullan stands on the banks of the River Fiddich in the hills around Dufftown. The whisky was matured entirely in bourbon casks, which gives it a pale straw colour. It is best taken with a splash of water. The nose opens with strong Madagascan vanilla, followed by sweet, spicy clove and oranges. Fruit and apple lead the palate, with clove returning alongside cinnamon. The finish moves from citrus to a compote of red berries with vanilla cheesecake, ending in spiced grain.
