Clear and pure in appearance, it has a strong juniper nose with fresh citrus and a lightly spicy touch. The palate is smooth and dry, balancing liquorice sweetness with citrus acidity, with a long spicy finish. It suits a gin and tonic or cocktails such as a martini or negroni.
