Sipsmith Sloe Gin (50cl)

Sipsmith Sloe Gin is a sloe gin made by infusing Sipsmith London Dry Gin with wild sloe berries. The berries are picked after the first frost and macerated for several months, giving the gin a ruby red colour and a rich, complex flavour. On the nose it shows ripe red fruit and subtle almond notes from the sloe berries. The palate balances the dryness of gin with sloe sweetness, wild berry notes and light spice. The finish is long and pleasantly warm, with a hint of berry tart. It can be enjoyed neat over ice or used as a base for gin cocktails.
