A London dry gin from Sipsmith, distilled with double the usual quantity of juniper berries.
It is made in small batches in the London distillery using natural ingredients, at 57.7% ABV, which amplifies the juniper flavour.
The nose shows decisive juniper, followed by vanilla, warm spices such as cassia and a light citrus touch. On the palate it is initially soft, then builds to a juniper-led crescendo, with a spicy aftertaste and a slightly earthy finish.
