Sir Edmond Gin (70cl, 40%)

A gin infused with vanilla, produced in the Netherlands. Vanilla brings unexpected sweetness and softness, balanced with angelica, cardamom, ginger and juniper berries. It is clear and pure in appearance. The nose shows vanilla with fresh botanicals and spice; on the palate vanilla intertwines with juniper, leading to a long, persistent finish. At 40% vol it can be enjoyed neat, lightly chilled, or as a base for cocktails.
