SirDavis is an American whisky founded by Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and made in partnership with Moët Hennessy and Dr Bill Lumsden. It is bottled at 44% (88 proof).
The whisky marries rye with malted barley and is finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Its colour is a deep copper.
The nose brings Seville orange, raisins, clove, cinnamon, ginger, Demerara sugar and toffee. On the palate, buttery toffee and rye spice come first, followed by malty, biscuity notes and a citrus top note. The finish is soft and lingering, with honey, sultanas and ripe cherries.
