SirDavis is an American rye whiskey created by Beyoncé, in a 375ml bottle at 44% ABV (88 proof). It is named for Sir Davis Hogue, her great-great-grandfather, who worked as a Juneteenth cowboy and moonshiner.
The nose is warm, with toasted rye grain, honey and a hint of dried fruit. The palate shows spiced rye, caramel, vanilla and subtle oak. The finish is clean and warming, with a gentle lingering spice.
