Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey is a flavoured American whiskey made by California Spirits Co and bottled at 35% in a 37.5cl bottle. It starts with a corn-based whiskey blended with natural peanut butter flavours, sweeteners and caramel colour. The taste comes from natural flavourings rather than actual peanut butter. The nose is roasted peanut butter with caramel, coffee cream, toasted vanilla and shortbread. The palate is thick and slightly oily, with vanilla and roasted peanut, then honey, caramel, a little cinnamon and licorice. The finish is long, with nutmeg, honey sweetness and a touch of dry heat.
