This is Smirnoff Red Label vodka from the 1980s, bottled at 40% in a 75cl nutcracker-style bottle.
The Smirnoff name goes back to Pyotr Arsenjevitch Smirnov, who founded the distillery as PA Smirnoff in 1864. It used a new charcoal filtration process and pioneering newspaper advertising, and went on to hold most of the Moscow market until the 1917 revolution forced the family into exile. In the 1930s Vladimir Smirnov sold the right to produce the vodka in North America to Rudolph Kunett.
