Smith & Wesson 7 Year Straight Bourbon is an American straight bourbon aged for seven years, in a 750ml bottle. It was matured in new charred American oak barrels.
The nose offers vanilla caramel, toasted oak, maple syrup, roasted pecans, cinnamon and leather. The palate brings caramel, brown sugar, vanilla bean, honey, dark fruit, roasted nuts, cinnamon and black pepper. The finish is long and warming, with sweet oak, vanilla, caramel, baking spices, toasted almonds and a gentle smoky character.
