Smoke Wagon Blenders Select is a rye whiskey made by blending two straight ryes. One is a sweet, delicate mash of 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% barley; the other is a bigger, bolder mash of 51% rye and 49% malted barley. Together they give a sweet, rich profile with a full mouthfeel. The finish carries cinnamon and rye spice, with the smoke and malt from the malted barley still present but softer.
