Smoke Wagon – Desert Colt Full Strength Straight Bourbon

Smoke Wagon Desert Colt is a full-strength straight bourbon, developed under the working name Uncut the Younger. It is bottled at cask strength without chill filtration. The blend is made mainly from four-year-old bourbon with a 36% rye mash bill, drawn from several floors and warehouse locations. It is blended to be fruit forward, with plenty of candy flavours. The texture is buttery and creamy, and it drinks more gently than its strength suggests. The finish carries bold cinnamon spice with gentle heat.
