It is the first 10-year-old release from Smoke Wagon, made by H&H Spirits in Las Vegas, Nevada, from the first batch of the distillery's barrels to reach a full decade. It belongs to the Rare & Limited series, which is made up of barrels selected for their character. Smoke Wagon's Master Distiller, Aaron Chepenik, favours high-proof, bold bourbon. The colour is a deep amber. Tasting notes describe a nose of bold caramel, vanilla and grain spice, and a rich, concentrated palate. The finish is long and oak-forward, ending in a warming close.
