Smoke Wagon Rare & Limited 'Winter Oak' Bourbon

Smoke Wagon Winter Oak is a straight bourbon from Nevada H&C Distilling Co., released as part of the distillery's Rare & Limited series. It is aged to draw as much influence from the oak as possible, and the extended maturation gives it a deep amber colour and a layered, robust character. Flavour varies from batch to batch. Expect caramel, vanilla and oak, with the spiciness of rye and hints of dark fruit and pepper. The finish is long and evolving.
