Smoke Wagon Small Batch Bourbon is a high-rye bourbon in a 750ml bottle, blended from whiskies aged 4, 5 and 8 years.
The barrels were hand selected in small numbers and aged in the heart of a 100-year-old warehouse. The blend is deep amber in colour, smooth yet bold and intense.
Ripe apricot, plenty of oak and a dash of red apple come on the nose. The palate is sweet, with caramel up front, then vanilla, oak, baking spices and a dash of white pepper. The finish is long and warm, with a lingering kick.
