Smoke Wagon – Uncut Unfiltered Blended Bourbon (75cl)

This is a high-proof blended bourbon from Smoke Wagon in Nevada, in a 750ml bottle and bottled unfiltered. It applies the vintage blending approach the distillery uses for its small batches, here with the aim of a bourbon that tastes its best neat. Vintages of a high rye mash bill are blended to reach a strength of 115 to 116 plus proof. It is rich and sweet with a thick mouthfeel, and the heat and rye spice of the finish balance creamy texture, tannins and sugars.
