This is Batch 79 of Smoke Wagon 'White Label', an uncut and unfiltered straight bourbon from Nevada H&C Distilling Co. in Las Vegas. It is bottled at full barrel strength with no water added and no chill-filtration, in a 75cl bottle, so the proof differs from batch to batch.
The bourbon is made with a high-rye mash bill and blended by Aaron Chepenik.
It is fruit-forward, with vanilla, caramel and candy sweetness alongside cinnamon spice and plenty of heat. The finish is smooth and long-lasting.
