Smokehead Rebel is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Ian Macleod Distillers, matured in Caribbean rum casks, in a 70cl bottle. The colour is old gold.
The nose opens with peat, then banana, grilled pineapple and salted caramel. The palate is soft and smooth and peaty, with a touch of honey and citrus. The finish is long and closes on spice.
