Smokeye Hill Barrel Proof Rye Whiskey (75cl)

Smokeye Hill Barrel Proof Rye is a small-batch American rye whiskey in a 750ml bottle. It is bottled straight from the barrel, without chill filtration or dilution. The mash bill is high in rye, and the whiskey matured in new charred American oak barrels. The nose is toasted rye bread, baking spice, dark caramel and vanilla with hints of dried fruit. The palate brings cinnamon, clove, peppercorn, toffee and charred oak, with honey and orange peel beneath. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice, caramelised sugar and oak.
