Smokeye Hill is a straight bourbon whiskey made from four grains: blue corn, yellow corn, rye and malted barley, in a proprietary mash.
The heirloom blue corn is the distinctive part. It has been prized in the Southwest for many centuries, and here it adds a floral richness to the bourbon. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
