Smooth Ambler Contradiction Bourbon (70cl)

Smooth Ambler Contradiction is a bourbon that blends whiskey distilled in West Virginia with bourbon made elsewhere. The house spirit is a sweet wheated bourbon of corn, wheat and malted barley, married with bourbon of corn, rye and malted barley. It is a blend of straight whiskeys of different ages, the majority of them more than 9 years old. It is non-chill filtered and is meant to taste like a four-grain bourbon. It is described as full-bodied, with dried fruit and butter rum notes.
