Smooth Ambler – Old Scout American Whiskey

Old Scout American Whiskey is a blend of two whiskeys distilled from classic bourbon mash bills. One is aged in new oak barrels, the other in rejuvenated, re-charred bourbon casks, and that combination means the blend cannot be called bourbon. Even so, it keeps the character and drinkability expected of one. Smooth Ambler puts it together in limited, hand-selected batches and does not chill-filter it.
