A white wine from Bolla in the Soave Classico hills of Veneto, made from Garganega. It has a pale straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose brings white flowers, green apple and citrus, with a light mineral note. On the palate it is light but balanced, with fresh acidity supporting fruit and floral notes, and a long, persistent finish. It suits an aperitif, light starters, fish and seafood, white meat and fresh cheeses.
