A white wine from Santi, produced in the classic Soave zone from Garganega. It is pale straw-yellow with greenish reflections. The nose shows white flowers, green apple, citrus and a light minerality. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with well-integrated acidity supporting fruity and floral notes and a delicate mineral vein, finishing clean and refreshing. It works as an aperitif or with fish, seafood, white meats and fresh cheeses.
