Soave Classico DOC Retro - Bolla

A white wine from Bolla, expressing the tradition of the Veneto. It comes from the Soave hills, where the microclimate and volcanic soil give local wines a distinctive note of minerality and freshness. It is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet has delicate floral notes, white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, a light touch of almond and minerality. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with pleasant acidity supporting the structure. It suits light starters, fish and seafood dishes, and fresh, delicate cheeses.
