Cà Rugate Soave Classico San Michele is a white wine from the Veneto, made from carefully selected and hand-harvested Garganega grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The nose offers white flowers, citrus and a delicate touch of fresh almond. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with soft minerality reflecting the volcanic and calcareous terroir, and a persistent, clean finish with a pleasant return of citrus notes. It pairs well with light starters, fish, seafood, risotto and herb pasta.
