A Soave Superiore Classico DOC from Bolla, from the classic Soave area in Veneto. Named after the tufa rock formations of the region, it is made from carefully selected Garganega grapes.
It is bright straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose offers white flowers, white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, citrus and a light mineral note. The palate is elegant and well balanced, with fresh acidity, fruit and floral notes, subtle minerality and a long, persistent finish.
